Don't let this place fool you. They're horrible, but it's just this place. I've given them 1 shot 2 shots, 3 shots, I'm done I came here, opened up my monthly membership. The car came out dirty, the vacuum was broken The air wasn't working and there was no rags. But ye.\n T they charged me $22, I went to the other one where Matt was working and told him, I wanted to cancel it since they weren't going to even accept me after explaining to him, he put me through, I got my car washed and it was amazing. They had all the proper supplies. They did their job correctly. I'm going this place, don't waste your time, they should either get new workers or just shut this one down. I'm not giving the company a bad review, I'll give it this place. The workers are pathetic, nothing works 3 times in a row. It's the workers that are horrible.

I never come on here and rate things but I feel like this needs to be said. I started going here as soon as they opened. Great people. Nice spot. Till it wasn’t. Around December the rubber mat cleaner got put out of service, fine no problem. It’s now May. The mat cleaner still isn’t fixed and then when I went back yesterday. The one side of the vacuums were broken. So now you’ve got a mat cleaner that hasn’t been fixed and now the vacuums are broken. Like what do I even pay a membership for? Not recently happy with them. Gonna give them a chance to fix the issues before I give up my membership completely.

I wanted to love this place. Its close to home and the staff is friendly. HOWEVER, lately every single time I go there its a problem. Its been closed 3 or 4 days in the last month for various issues. Today there is one side with no vacuums working at all and zero clean towels anywhere for your car. I had to move spots multiple times to find a working vacuum and I had to go into the employee area to even find someone to help with towels. Im not sure why im paying for a membership. Now I see people talking about scratches and ive noticed more on my car but wasnt sure it was mod wash... now I am. Im done. Ill pay the monthly fee in my own products and clean it at home. Cancel my membership.

When this location first opened it was great. The staff was very friendly, the wash got my car really clean and I loved the after-wash area included with the wash (vacuum, compressed air, window cleaner, mat holder, and microfiber towels). I go here about once very 6 weeks. Today, I noticed things have changed. The staff was terrible and the wash quality has severly declined. Even though the entrance has a self service "atm" style machine, the guy came over as I was almost done. He tried to upsell me the monthly plan. I declined and he did not take it well. This guy needs a serious attitude adjustment. When I drove up to the wash entrance, the person there either didnt know what they were doing, or the guy who tried to upsell me told them to make me wait (they communicate with radios). After about 5 minutes I finally got in. There was a lot of dirt left on the lower portion of my vehicle and the front and rear bumper. The blowers did not dry well at all. It would seem that this equipment has not be maintained well and it's not even 6 months yet. Fortunately they are not the only act in town.
